- In the Spring of 1985, Timothy (Tim) Ward Michael assumed the pivotal role of dealer principal at Capital Ford, Inc. located in Raleigh, NC. Taking the reins from the previous long-term owner, Tim faced the challenge of transforming the dealership’s monthly sales from the typical 120-130 vehicles. With unwavering dedication and a commitment to excellence, Tim not only retained the existing team but quickly propelled Capital Ford into recognition as a premier entity within the Ford Motor Company’s family of dealerships
- Fast forward to today, and Capital Ford of Raleigh proudly stands as the number one retail sales volume dealership in the Carolinas, a title consistently bestowed by the North Carolina Dealer Association. It’s important to note that our achievement goes beyond the realm of brand specificity, standing strong against competitors regardless of the badge on the vehicle
